Arrival Clean

I will carry out a full inspection of your property upon departure of your guests and ensure that everything is ok for the arrival of your next guests. I will also provide a full report of any issues that have risen to make you fully aware.

I carry out the following prior to your guests arrival.

• Strip down all beds and the make them up with clean linen
• Clean wardrobes and all bedroom furniture
• Clean bathrooms & toilets
• Clean kitchen and all living ares including appliances
• Clean all windows as and when required
• Empty all waste bins and dispose of all rubbish and perishable food items
• Sweep and mop ll floor areas including balconies and terraces
• Dust and polish all surfaces
• Clean all garden furniture
• Close all blinds and curtains before making sure that everything is locked and secured

MID STAY LINEN CHANGE

This service is available to all guests who are stating for 8 days or more.

I realise that your guests will be looking to have their linen changed after the first week so that they can continue to enjoy their holiday with fresh clean linen.

So I provide the following service.

• Remake beds with fresh linen (laundry charges will apply)
• Change towels
• Remove all rubbish

PRE SEASON DEEP CLEAN

This package is available to make sure that your holiday home is ready for the forthcoming season.

• Full clean of your property inside and out
• Full clean of all your appliances including moving them to make sure they are clean underneath
• Empty and clean all kitchen cupboards and drawers
• Wash and dry all cutlery, glassware, cookware and crockery
• Check for expired foodstuff and dispose of
• Vacuum mattresses and turn where necessary 
• Clean all light fitting and ceiling fans
• Clean curtains
• Clean all windows inside and out

WINDOW CLEANING

Window cleaning is included in the cleaning packages but if you are just looking to have your windows cleaned then I can arrange a plan for you over the course of the year.

PRESSURE WASHING 

I can arrange to have all of your outdoor areas such as terraces and swimming areas pressure washed to remove any dirt that may have built up over the winter along.

Also your swimming pool areas may need freshening up to remove sun tan cream residue.
